What You'll Do
Directs and coordinates all activities including Detailing, Project Planning, Placing, and Production or any other concern that may arise
Leads all department personnel in a professional manner toward achieving company performance goals with emphasis on safety, quality, and meeting all company standards
Advocates sound business practices to operational processes to supply the customer and stay within budgeting standards
Meet or exceed financial and safety targets (KPI's, output, Labor, Safety, Quality, CS Service, Costs, Culture, and regulatory compliance)
Control Asset utilization and resource capacity including inventory management (Raw materials and WIP)
Must be able to maintain an accurate inventory with no losses due to fraud, poor quality control, poor operational or accounting practices
Demonstrates a passion for customers and world class customer service
Work with managers and employees to identify root cause of customer complaints and implement corrective actions
Provide overall guidance and support of safety and environmental initiatives, improvements, investigations, and corrective actions
Partners with HR in giving guidance and direction to staff with regards to hiring, disciplinary action, development, goal formulation and performance reviews
Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimizing the company's exposure to adverse outcomes of complaints, litigation, audits and inspections
What You'll Need Minimum 2 years In the Rebar industry preferred
Broad knowledge of marketing /sales practices
Clearly communicate expectations, issues and feedback
Exceptional leadership and team building skills
Must be able to work well with others and create a team atmosphere starting with safety
Your Education Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be a substituted for education.
