We seek motivated, innovative individuals who think big and move fast, passionate about delivering data-driven insights. This is an advanced analyst role requiring knowledge in specific or broad areas across multiple functions. Tasks include identifying emerging trends from internal and external sources, addressing conflicts with business goals, and leading long-term projects. You will also guide and mentor lower-level associates to ensure team success. Your Responsibilities

Perform research, modeling, forecasting, and data collection coordination from Claims and other groups. Review reports, identify trends, and suggest operational improvements. Lead complex analyses to uncover root causes of trends and communicate findings to senior management. Monitor internal claims loss data and incorporate industry trends to deliver insights. Support claims process accountability by providing accurate operational data. Use industry data to evaluate results and inform decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with Claims, Product, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology teams to identify trends and initiatives. Provide mentorship to junior analysts. Required Experience, Education, and Skills

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills. Proficiency in data science and coding (Snowflake, SQL, Excel, SAS, PowerBI, Python). Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills. Demonstrated curiosity and passion for learning and technology. Claims or actuarial analytical experience preferred. Preferred Qualities

Knowledge of insurance and rate-making concepts. Continuing education or industry designations (e.g., CPCU, AINS, actuarial exams). Leadership or mentoring experience (0-2 years). Advanced degree in a related field. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and translate complex concepts into simple stories. Data visualization skills, especially with PowerBI. Knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and claims. Active participation in company culture and community activities. Additional Information
