Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers.
Lead the development and maintenance of critical system features.

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software while adhering to strict timelines.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Experience in designing and architecting new and existing systems, with a focus on reliability and scalability.
Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Comprehensive experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and code reviews.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven track record in developing complex software systems from concept to launch.
Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices for full software development life cycle.
Demonstrated ability to mentor software developers while maintaining architectural vision and software quality.
