As a Senior Analyst in the Financial Services Organization (FSO) AI and Data Service Delivery Center, you'll be part of a unique sector dedicated to the financial services marketplace. The Opportunity
In this role, you'll architect and deploy production-grade AI systems that revolutionize financial services. Collaborating with advanced foundational models and multi-agent systems, you'll drive development of intelligent agents capable of processing vast amounts of transactions and making informed decisions. What You'll Do
Build Autonomous Financial AI Systems:
Design and implement multi-agent architectures for complex financial workflows. Deploy Production-Ready Models:
Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for areas like loan underwriting and regulatory compliance. Create RAG Systems:
Connect AI agents to enterprise knowledge bases and real-time market data. Implement Agentic Reasoning:
Develop systems capable of autonomous decision-making while adhering to regulations. Scale AI Solutions:
Serve millions of customers efficiently, ensuring quick response times. Drive Innovation:
Prototype AI applications, collaborate with experts, and contribute to research initiatives. Technical Requirements Core Skills (Must-Have): 3-5 years of Python programming with production deployment experience. Hands-on experience with large language models such as GPT-4 or similar. Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration tools like LangChain or CrewAI. Experience with vector databases for semantic search at scale. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Understanding of MLOps practices like model versioning and A/B testing. Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have): Experience in financial services applications. Knowledge of prompt engineering and model fine-tuning techniques. Awareness of real-time streaming architectures. Contributions to open-source AI projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A willingness to travel as needed, with a valid US driver's license and passport.
