We are looking for a proactive SAP Technical Manager to join our SuccessFactors team. In this role, you will tackle the challenges organizations face in the digital age, going beyond technology implementation to provide a complete business-focused perspective that integrates strategy, user experience, process, and operational impacts.
Your key responsibilities include:
Identifying and defining customer requirements to develop interfaces that connect SAP HCM products with other systems.
Creating services that seamlessly interact with upstream and downstream components, ensuring business needs are met through effective coding and programming.
Working closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advising on SAP SuccessFactors system capabilities.
Initiating requirement gathering and considering impacts across modules.
Conducting testing and completing documentation.
Designing functional solutions after thorough analysis.
Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to translate needs into effective business solutions.
Completing configurations and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
To excel in this role, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills essential for building and managing client relationships.
Key qualifications include: A bachelor's degree and typically at least 7 years of relevant experience with SuccessFactors. Proficiency in integration management and a strong background in infrastructure management. Knowledge of IT environment design, technical architecture, and familiarity with cloud computing architecture. Certifications in SAP Cloud Platform Integrations are preferred. A willingness to travel to meet client needs (estimated travel is 40-60%). Ideally, you will also have prior consulting experience, experience in leading teams, and strong negotiation skills.
