Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Data Scientist, where you'll leverage your expertise in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector. You will perform in-depth data analysis and error analysis, striving to enhance our models and ensuring data integrity for our healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights and patterns that will drive strategic decision-making. Machine Learning Model Development:

Design, develop, and train advanced machine learning models utilizing various algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. Agentic Workflows Implementation:

Create autonomous workflows using AI agents to boost operational efficiency and improve decision-making processes. RAG Pattern Utilization:

Integrate retrieval-augmented generation techniques to enhance language model performance and enrich outputs with external knowledge. Model Fine-Tuning:

Refine pre-trained models to meet specific datasets and tasks, ensuring they maintain high relevance and performance. Data Cleaning and Preprocessing:

Ensure high-quality data inputs through comprehensive data cleaning and preprocessing techniques. AI Model Deployment and Monitoring:

Deploy machine learning models into production, consistently monitor their performance, and make necessary adjustments to sustain accuracy. Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams—including software engineers and product managers—to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing frameworks. Research and Development:

Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying these insights to enhance our existing models and methodologies. Documentation and Reporting:

Develop thorough documentation of models and methodologies while effectively communicating analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Mentorship:

Provide guidance and support to junior data scientists, fostering an environment of growth and learning. Partnering with Business:

Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to develop ML models that improve operational metrics and support overall business objectives. Qualifications: Education:

A Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is required. Experience:

A minimum of 6 years working as a data scientist, preferably within healthcare, although candidates from other sectors are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills:

Strong programming skills in Python and R, proficiency with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch), and a solid understanding of big data technologies. Preferred Qualifications:

A Ph.D. or additional relevant experience, familiarity with cloud platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure AI Studio, and experience with natural language processing and computer vision techniques are all beneficial. Compensation:
