Job Summary The Provider Network Systems Administrator plays a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency through effective computer systems management. This position revolves around programming, networking, and database management applications, primarily utilizing Salesforce, Conga Contract Lifecycle Management, and Virsys 12, among others. This role demands a deep understanding of provider network contracting and credentialing workflows, paired with expertise in computer fundamentals. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong skills in programming, systems analysis, networking, database design, project management, and analytics. The successful candidate will troubleshoot software issues specific to provider network applications and assist in training support teams. When encountering complex issues, the Administrator will escalate matters to the appropriate personnel. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for provider network administration applications within Salesforce. Collaborate with the Molina IT Salesforce Team to resolve user-reported issues. Configure software settings and storage based on project requirements and operational standards. Engage with vendor support to tackle technical challenges in provider network applications. Conduct daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of critical processes. Manage daily operations to provide necessary file systems and data access to users. Regularly apply OS patches, upgrades, and configure new services as needed. Required Qualifications Education:

Associates Degree or equivalent experience. Experience:

4 to 6 years in a relevant field. Key Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Business Information Systems Administration. Strong technical and analytical skills. Expertise in business application development. Effective project management capabilities. Experience with application analysis and design. Solid background in data management. Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Adept at database modeling, implementation, and administration. Experience in configuring and managing computer systems and networks. Proficient in planning and managing IT projects. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certification is a plus. Physical Demands: This role typically involves a favorable work environment with adequate lighting and comfortable temperatures. The work is primarily office-based, with minimal exposure to hazardous conditions. Candidates should be capable of sitting for extended periods.
