Join our dynamic team as a Tririga Developer, where you will play a vital role in overseeing complex development projects. You will provide valuable direction to the development team while conceiving, designing, and testing innovative solutions that meet program requirements. Your expertise will help us build, deploy, and maintain high-quality applications and web pages.
Create advanced solutions in IBM Tririga, utilizing all built-in tools alongside Java and SQL.
Offer technological support for the implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring of applications and servers.
Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of complex solutions, ensuring they adhere to our high standards, including comprehensive unit testing.
Establish monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for complex applications in production.
Implement and maintain security controls in line with company policies.
Drive moderately complex projects while contributing to larger initiatives.
Tackle complex technical and operational challenges and mentor less experienced teammates.
Create and update documents required for technology delivery and compliance.
Collaborate within an Agile environment, engaging in all phases of the Agile process from definition through deployment.
Utilize best practices and tools in development projects.
Prepare necessary documentation, including block diagrams and software documentation.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
8-15 years of programming or web development experience.
Capacity to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
Other Job Specific Skills Tririga developer certification with over 8 years of experience using all Tririga development tools.
Knowledge of Tririga modules: Capital Projects, Requests, Facilities, Maintenance, Contracts, Payables, Space, and Portfolio, along with experience in integrations such as OSLC, Integration Objects, and DataConnect.
Preferred: IBM Certified Application Development.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to collaborate efficiently across multiple teams.
Proficiency in Java, Oracle SQL, and/or Linux is an advantage.
Stay updated on relevant technologies.
Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of methodologies and tools to support clients or projects effectively.
Familiar with best programming standards and practices.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Experience in system design, particularly in large-scale case management systems.
Compensation Ranges Compensation for this role varies based on multiple factors including location, skill set, education level, certifications, client needs, and years of experience.
