At Talan, our philosophy is simple yet powerful: Positive Innovation-leveraging technology to benefit people and society.Join us and be part of meaningful change!Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Business Analyst to support our client's Power Trading projects, ideally with experience in ERCOT and ISO/RTO markets.You'll act as the key link between business and IT, helping define requirements, manage small projects, and support trading applications.Key responsibilities include:Liaising with power trading teams to understand priorities and propose IT solutionsWriting and validating business and functional requirementsCollaborating with developers on solution design and implementationSupporting testing, compliance, and incident resolutionManaging change requests and contributing to project planning#LI-ASDQualificationsExperience: 5+ years in utilities or commodity trading, with strong knowledge of U.S. power trading and scheduling.
