This role will ensure Supply Chain operations associates have the right functioning equipment to safely and productively execute their work. This role will monitor and maintain enterprise hardware inventory levels and establish cost savings opportunities while providing business continuity. This role will provide insights to Digital and Field Leadership to help drive accountability and improve device stewardship.
Hybrid
: This role is Hybrid, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from the Tempe, AZ office three times a week, and a home-based environment the remaining time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor active and inactive hardware levels across field locations and cold stock storage to ensure they align with and support operational needs and user population.
Build and maintain schedules for hardware replacement based on age of device to enable financial forecasting and annual investment
Administrate and execute purchase orders from vendor quote to receipt and location allocation aligned with financial budgets.
Catalog and prioritize backlog of opportunities for hardware improvements and new investments to by bridging user feedback to hardware strategy.
Monitor and generate insights relative to software licensing and device warranties to balance investment with asset base.
Analyze KPIs associated with hardware investments and operational procedures to ensure results are realized.
Conduct market research as needed to ensure investments have longevity.
Leverage data and provide regular reporting and summaries to keep key stakeholders informed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of experience
Able to cull data and summarize into meaningful insights, trends, and correlations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Penchant for detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint to present clear and concise information to key stakeholders.
Familiarity with reporting software: PowerBI & other data tools.
Ability to manage time and balance multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Up to 10% travel required for site visits.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business operations, supply chain, finance, economics, or similar field.
Or Minimum 5yrs experience in similar Hardware or Analyst type role.
CERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING
Six Sigma Certification - Green Belt (or similar) preferred.
This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
$55,000 - $90,000
