Senior Salesforce Engineer - Industry CPQ

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer with our Commercial Revenue Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in defining, designing, and implementing innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your expertise in architecting and maintaining solutions using technologies like Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Vlocity, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) will be essential in driving our enterprise solutions forward. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers to design and architect business workflows for quote management, contract management, and order orchestration. Create design artifacts including system architecture, solution design documents, and data models. Implement solutions using technologies such as APEX, Salesforce CPQ, Vlocity, and Order Management. Apply DevOps practices and enterprise security best practices for solution deployment. Monitor middleware performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system configurations for reliability. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure successful project integration. Review and develop Apex code to support complex business logic and integrations. Mentor entry-level and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Qualifications: BASIC: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of software development experience. 2+ years of experience with CPQ, Order Management, and Order Orchestration. Familiarity with deployment technologies such as SFDX, Copado, and Gearset. Knowledge of source control systems like Git. 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience with Apex and Lightning frameworks. 3+ years of system design and architecture experience. PREFERRED: Experience implementing Salesforce communications. Prior work on large-scale implementations in the telecommunications sector. Salesforce Technical Architect or Salesforce Application Architect certification.
