Join the Retail Business Services (RBS) team and play a critical role in supporting Amazon's Retail business growth globally. RBS focuses on three core tasks: Selection:

Sourcing, creating, and enriching ASINs to drive GMS growth. Defect Elimination:

Resolving inbound supply chain defects and developing root cause fixes to improve free cash flow. Operational Support:

Assisting WW Retail teams in areas where there are gaps in the tech stack. As a key member of our tech team, you will help develop automation tools that utilize Machine/Deep Learning to tackle complex tasks traditionally requiring human cognitive skills. Our mission is to ensure Amazon's catalog is complete, accurate, and comprehensive, providing customers with a fantastic shopping experience. What You'll Do: Take the lead as a technical expert in one or more services. Manage and drive large multi-team projects to resolution. Enhance operational efficiency by identifying and developing SLAs, metrics, monitors, and documentation. Design and create high-performing scripts and applications. Collaborate with Amazon leaders to improve cross-company support. Mentor new employees and support the growth of your team. Provide on-call support, focusing on application infrastructure and bug fixes. Onboard clients to our platform and familiarize them with its capabilities. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of software development or technical support experience. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Familiarity with Unix and experience scripting in modern programming languages. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of distributed and enterprise applications. Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls. Experience working in the AWS ecosystem leveraging AWS services. Why Join Us?
