Join the Stores AppSec team to work hard, enjoy your work, and make a real impact! Key Responsibilities: Create, update, and maintain threat models for a variety of software projects. Conduct manual and automated secure code reviews, focusing on Java, Python, and JavaScript. Develop security automation tools to enhance our processes. Perform adversarial security analysis with advanced tools. Provide security training and outreach for internal development teams. Offer security architecture and design guidance. Lead the execution and definition of security strategies for your team. Mentor and develop your teammates technically and professionally. Explore and advocate for new technologies to mitigate complex risks. Adapt to novel situations and solve problems that lack predefined solutions. Basic Qualifications: BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in at least three of the following areas: threat modeling, secure coding, identity management, software development, cryptography, penetration testing, cloud security, mobile security, and network security. Advanced knowledge in security engineering, system and network security, authentication/protocols, cryptography, or application security. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent judgment in assessing and prioritizing technical risks. A strong application security background with a focus on scalable solutions. Our compensation package reflects the labor costs across several US geographic markets, ranging from $143,300 to $247,600 yearly, depending on market location and candidate experience.
