As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in steering the technical direction of our offerings and solutions, collaborating with various technologies across the sponsored products organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, coding, troubleshooting, and supporting scalable services, machine-learning pipelines, and online serving systems capable of handling millions of requests daily while maintaining strict SLA requirements.
Working alongside applied scientists to optimize machine-learning models and infrastructure, implementing comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
Taking ownership of what you create, ensuring high operational standards.
Mentoring junior engineers and guiding them to reach their full potential.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming experience in at least one software language.
5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scalability.
Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or managing an engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
