Description
We are looking for an experienced Solutions System Administrator to join our team in Decatur, Georgia. This Contract to permanent position requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can manage cloud-based systems, support on-premises server environments, and collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Intune, Azure, and server management, along with a proactive approach to project handling and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize systems within Microsoft Azure and Intune environments to ensure performance and reliability.
Manage on-premises server infrastructure, including Active Directory, VMware, and Hyper-V.
Provide technical support for end-users, addressing issues related to Windows Server, Windows 10, and other system platforms.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline workflows and enhance system integrations.
Oversee network devices such as switches and access points to maintain connectivity and security.
Coordinate with external contractors to manage technical projects and ensure timely delivery.
Lead and participate in team-based initiatives to implement new technologies and improve system operations.
Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix and Dell Technologies systems to maintain efficient functionality.
Handle project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Contribute to the development of best practices for system management and user support.
Requirements
Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure and Intune with a track record of successful system administration.
Strong knowledge of on-premises server management, including Active Directory, VMware, and Hyper-V.
Experience providing help desk support and resolving technical issues for end-users.
Familiarity with Citrix and Dell Technologies systems in enterprise environments.
Proficiency in managing Windows Server and Windows 10 platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with DevOps teams to enhance system performance.
Experience handling network devices such as switches and access points.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate with external contractors effectively.
