In this role, you will: Convert complex data into actionable insights through deep analytical expertise. Develop intuitive data visualizations and automated solutions that improve operational efficiency. Ensure data quality by maintaining scalable tools and conducting thorough analyses. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across the organization. Proactively identify and solve problems using advanced analytical skills. Your responsibilities will include: Managing data processes, including raw data handling, query building, and report design. Retrieving and analyzing large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other systems. Designing reporting solutions to support business management and decision-making. Overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of reports with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams to monitor and enhance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Generating complex queries to address process challenges and innovate to enhance customer experiences. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports with Tableau or Power BI. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficient in making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders. 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role. Experience in building automated forecasting models using statistical methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: MBA strongly preferred. Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling principles. Fluency in Python or R, or similar statistical modeling languages. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets, with a base pay range of $106,400/year to $185,000/year, based on location and factors such as job-related knowledge and experience.
