Senior Software Engineer (Java/C#)

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Software Engineer (Java/C#)! We are looking for talented individuals who are excited to deliver high-quality solutions. This position requires candidates to work on a W2 basis. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver innovative software solutions that exceed customer expectations. Develop scalable, resilient, cloud-based systems aligned with our strategic goals. Provide exceptional support, including on-call when necessary. Collaborate effectively across development teams. Required Expertise: Strong proficiency in core Java technologies and frameworks like Spring Boot, with C# development experience. Solid understanding of databases and SQL. Experience with Content Management Systems is a significant advantage. Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as ECS and Docker. Exposure to messaging systems like Apache Kafka is a plus. Experience with asynchronous workers and resilient messaging services such as SNS and SQS is desirable. Knowledge of microservices architecture and twelve-factor app patterns. Proficient in unit and integration test automation using JUnit. Familiarity with continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools like Jenkins is required. The Skills You Offer: A solid foundation in software engineering, backed by a bachelor's degree. 6+ years of hands-on development experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for building end-to-end solutions. A passion for learning and adapting to the latest technologies and frameworks. Ability to thrive in both small agile teams and independently, with a user-centered focus. Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of multitasking effectively. Experience with Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM and TDD. Ability to engage and collaborate with team members effectively. Active participation in engineering practices, including code and design reviews. A solid understanding of Cloud application architecture and microservices model development, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Experience with Cloud Orchestration/Workflow Automation and developing distributed scalable applications. Education requirement includes a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. The pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available outside of this range.
