Job Description Summary: The Senior Systems Analyst will steer the enhancement and expansion of standardized processes within IQMS ERP (DELMIAworks) and related applications. The aim is to scale business operations, enhance existing practices, and accommodate new business requisites. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of core business systems, particularly IQMS or Oracle, covering diverse functional areas such as manufacturing, planning, purchasing, finance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Configure and set up systems to bolster business operations. Design and develop Crystal Reports tailored to various business needs. Generate, analyze, and present reports, offering actionable insights to stakeholders. Implement and support IQMS applications and strategic solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and deliver effective solutions. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve any system issues to ensure minimal disruption. Uphold data integrity and security across all systems. Travel up to 25% for necessary project implementation and support at various locations. Lead the development and implementation of ERP modules in collaboration with business leaders from manufacturing, operations, quality, finance, and the supply chain. Ensure the successful delivery of business systems projects, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget through hands-on involvement. Gather, analyze, and document both functional and technical requirements for new projects, as well as enhancements to existing solutions. Oversee system-testing activities for releases and upgrades, ensuring thorough testing protocols. Investigate production system issues, provide solutions to user problems, and escalate issues when necessary. Conduct training sessions to educate both technical and non-technical users about configured and supported solutions. Document system configurations and maintain comprehensive system application test protocols. Qualifications: Extensive experience in systems analysis, particularly within IQMS or Oracle environments. Broad knowledge of ERP system functionalities across multiple areas; manufacturing, planning, purchasing, finance, and reporting. Proven ability to lead and implement system-related projects successfully. Proficient in designing and developing complex Crystal Reports. Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements. Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
