Our dynamic Mexico Payment team is dedicated to developing groundbreaking payment solutions that cater to our customers' everyday shopping needs, such as installments, gift cards, credit cards, and more. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to provide actionable insights that drive operational excellence and product development. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include: Building robust data structures and reporting processes to establish data integrity. Identifying data-driven insights to tackle business challenges and presenting findings effectively to stakeholders at multiple levels. Designing and conducting experiments to evaluate the impact of various initiatives on key metrics and shaping long-term strategies. Collaborating with business teams to optimize program efficiency through data analysis. Developing new metrics and refining existing reports to support business conclusions and improve analytical processes. Owning the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to guide significant business decisions. Adopting best practices in reporting and analytics, including data integrity and validation processes. We're looking for someone with: A Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field. Proven expertise in defining requirements and using data to derive business insights. Experience influencing stakeholders and making impactful business recommendations. Advanced skills in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, and power pivots) and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau. 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries and generating business intelligence reports. Preferred qualifications include: An MBA. 5+ years of experience in creating business intelligence reports with Tableau or Power BI. A Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of experience using Python for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
