Join our dynamic team as a Machine Learning Engineer at the Generative AI Innovation Center, where you will have the opportunity to empower customers by utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies to unlock transformative business potential. The Generative AI Innovation Center focuses on collaborative solutions across diverse industries. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of strategists, scientists, engineers, and architects to develop and deploy generative AI applications at scale. As a full-stack engineer, your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing innovative generative AI solutions using AWS services. Creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces with modern front-end technology such as React and JavaScript. Collaborating with enterprise customers to understand their unique challenges and co-develop tailored generative AI solutions. Transforming prototypes into robust, scalable production systems. Your work will involve: Designing and coding solutions to enhance the software architecture. Implementing automation and other improvements while resolving potential software defects. Building impactful generative AI solutions for a wide customer base. Participating in design discussions, code reviews, and stakeholder communications. Driving business solutions through technical input in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems. Familiarity with generative AI implementation, including front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end model integration. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of full-stack development experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Experience delivering complex software systems to customers successfully. Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI, and other generative AI methodologies.
