Head of Information Security About the Company Join a prestigious international investment firm renowned for its expertise in financial services. With a legacy since 1981, our firm is privately held and backed by private equity, employing between 1001-5000 dedicated professionals. About the Role We are looking for a visionary Head of Information Security (CISO) to spearhead the development and execution of our global information security and cyber risk strategy. In this crucial role, you will lead initiatives to protect our data, systems, applications, and infrastructure while ensuring alignment with our business objectives and regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic leadership in cybersecurity governance and operational security activities. Fostering a security-first culture across the organization. Accountability for governance, incident response, regulatory compliance, data protection, and third-party risk management. Emphasizing proactive defense, resilience planning, and secure innovation. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within a regulated environment. In-depth familiarity with financial industry regulations and global security frameworks. Proven experience managing cybersecurity programs in complex, hybrid environments. A strategic, transparent, and resilient leadership style, with a growth-oriented mindset capable of influencing cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, or similar are highly desirable. Additional Information Travel requirements are less than 10%. This role will directly report to the CTO and will play a critical role in our Information Technology and Engineering functions.
