Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion Financials applications tailored to meet CSG requirements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and convert them into effective technical solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to Oracle Fusion Financials.
Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Financials features, updates, and industry best practices.
Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Offer insightful recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and ONESOURCE.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Oracle certification in Fusion Financials is a plus.
