As a Senior Solution Architect, you will collaborate with Telecommunications and Unified Communications as a Service customers, AWS Sales, and other teams to design and implement scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that solve real business challenges. You will play a key role in promoting AWS services and driving revenue growth among North America's telecommunications customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.
Formulating and executing sales strategies to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS solutions.
Managing the overall technical relationship between customers and AWS, providing recommendations on security, cost-efficiency, performance, and reliability.
Educating customers about the value proposition of AWS and participating in architectural discussions to ensure effective cloud solution deployments.
Conducting training sessions to share knowledge with customers regarding AWS capabilities.
Creating and contributing to AWS customer-facing publications such as blogs and whitepapers.
Building strong relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations to foster cloud advocacy.
Acting as a liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.

Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, or networking.
3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
10+ years of experience in IT development or consulting in the software or Internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
Experience interacting with end-user or developer communities.
