Overview:

GovCIO is excited to add a Lead Computer Systems Analyst to our team. This role requires an active Secret clearance and offers a fully remote work environment. We are looking for individuals passionate about transforming government IT operations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand system requirements, including program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and controls. Provide technical and functional expertise to identify, evaluate, develop, and support effective systems. Possess in-depth business knowledge and insights to meet the IT needs of specialized customers. Analyze business and technical processes to create new and modified information processing systems. Serve as a liaison between systems architects/programmers and users to ensure IT designs align with end-user needs. Document product and service requirements while developing test procedures to validate user requests. Oversee testing requirements to ensure comprehensive traceability and test coverage. Utilize general-logic knowledge to comprehend system capabilities, without necessarily needing programming skills. Qualifications: High School diploma with 9+ years of experience as a computer systems analyst or equivalent experience. Active Secret clearance with the capability to obtain and maintain DEA suitability. Company Overview:
