Key Job Responsibilities:
Utilize problem-solving abilities to collaborate with both creative and technical teams, embracing a mindset of innovation and simplification to tackle challenges.
Drive the development of exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions.
Engage in collaboration across teams in Amazon to integrate and optimize existing advertising products, leveraging Amazon's extensive scale and reach.
Apply your technical expertise alongside strong organizational and communication skills to address complex and ambiguous problems.
Mentor and guide fellow Software Development Engineers in the team.
Ensure a high quality bar by conducting design reviews and implementing robust engineering practices for automated testing and code coverage.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years of design or architecture experience involving both new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, covering coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
