Are you excited about the potential of Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL)? As a Senior Solutions Architect in the Cloud Intelligence team, you will play a key role in helping customers harness these transformative technologies. In this position, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for advising customers on the AI, ML, and GenAI offerings from AWS and Azure.

Act as a Customer Advisor:
Guide technical and business decision-makers in their Generative AI and Machine Learning technology selection process. Lead Thought Leadership:
Stay updated on the generative AI landscape. Analyze offerings from Azure, AWS, OpenAI, and Open LLMs, providing insights that drive differentiation and best practices. Engage as a Field Leader:
Deliver enablement activities and foster communities of SMEs focused on generative AI. Serve as a Solutions Architect:
Collaborate with customers' development and data science teams to comprehend their needs and design optimal solutions leveraging AWS cloud and AI/ML services. Act as a Product Advisor:

Basic Qualifications: Hands-on experience with proprietary and open large language models (LLMs) from leading providers such as Amazon, OpenAI, and others. 3+ years of experience in deploying and managing AI/ML solutions on Azure or AWS. 8+ years of customer-facing experience in roles like solutions architect, technical consultant, or data scientist. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure AI services. Knowledge of AWS technologies like SageMaker and Amazon Comprehend. Proven track record in thought leadership in Machine Learning. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze issues and develop actionable plans. Public cloud provider certifications are a plus.
