As a Lead IT Auditor, you'll play a pivotal role in executing agile audits that evaluate the effectiveness of our technology and cybersecurity controls. Your work will support strategic decision-making across the organization, ensuring a secure and resilient IT environment that aligns with enterprise objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit Execution:
Take charge of IT audits from planning to reporting. Conduct walkthroughs, assess technology risks, and test controls across key IT processes and systems. Cyber & Tech Risk Insights:
Review IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, cloud services, cybersecurity measures, data privacy, and the implications of emerging technologies. Agile Project Management:
Collaborate effectively with audit and business teams to complete projects on schedule, using audit tools, frameworks, and data analysis techniques to enhance efficiency. Reporting & Communication:
Clearly document and convey audit findings, risk implications, and actionable recommendations to IT and business stakeholders. Business Alignment:
Ensure that audits align with strategic business and technology priorities, delivering insights that support secure and scalable IT operations. Collaboration & Development:
Engage with a high-performing team, foster a culture of knowledge sharing, and mentor peers when applicable. Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field. 2+ years of IT audit (internal or external) or relevant technology experience. Familiarity with IT risk, controls, and security frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree. CPA, CIA, CISA, or similar certification. Experience in the retail business sector is a plus.
