As the Lead Marketing Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in guiding data-driven decisions within our Marketing organization. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing advertising campaign performance, monitoring brand health and perception, and delivering insights that enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI for the Ross and dd's discounts brands. You will serve as a trusted analytics expert, uncover trends, optimize marketing investments, and contribute to high-visibility projects for leadership. Key Responsibilities: Drive Strategic Marketing Analysis:
Support the development of marketing KPIs, measurement strategies, and actionable insights that drive performance. Develop and Manage Marketing Reporting:
Design recurring reports and maintain the biweekly marketing performance dashboard for the CEO. Support Marketing Mix Model Analysis:
Maintain and analyze marketing model inputs/outputs for informed investment decisions. Analyze Customer Data and Audience Insights:
Develop audience segmentations to inform targeted advertising strategies and enhance campaign performance. Conduct Social Listening & Sentiment Analysis:
Monitor brand sentiment and campaign performance using social listening tools. Collaborate Across Teams:
Engage with cross-functional teams to align on goals and support project management tasks. Continuously Improve Processes and Tools:
Identify opportunities for workflow efficiency and stay updated on analytics technologies. Build Business and Channel Expertise:
Gain comprehensive knowledge of Ross and dd's businesses and customer segments. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science). 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related analytical role. Strong proficiency in Excel and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex analyses effectively. Demonstrated ability in analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights. This position is based in our corporate headquarters located in Dublin, CA.
