Job Summary:
The Advanced Provider Data Management Solution Architect plays a critical role in comprehending regulatory complexities, addressing business challenges, and aligning solutions with the organization's strategic objectives. This role acts as a crucial link between business units, IT, leadership, and program managers to ensure the development of capabilities and solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to clearly understand business objectives and to gather requirements for developing innovative solutions. Analyze emerging data constructs and their relevance to provider data management. Document architectural frameworks for new data solutions, detailing all inputs and processes involved. Lead interactive requirements gathering sessions to create solutions that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of business processes. Partner with IT to design and develop technical process frameworks and related artifacts based on gathered business requirements. Create comprehensive pre-deployment test plans and establish post-production validation expectations. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to measure the performance of newly implemented solutions. Enhance change management strategies for new processes and capabilities to minimize resistance and adoption barriers. Present key metrics, performance indicators, and actionable insights to stakeholders across all organizational levels. Job Qualifications: Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of solution architecture experience, with strong proficiency in data analysis, project management, database administration, and more. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Education:
Advanced degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Experience:
7-9 years of experience as a solution architect, with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare industry. Molina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package.
