About the Position
As a Senior Network Architect, you will lead the strategic direction of network and security architecture within the Federal Reserve. Your expertise will help us align our technical strategies with business and security needs while influencing roadmaps across the organization. This role requires exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic architectural roadmaps for network and security infrastructure with a focus on business direction and technology trends.
Collaborate with internal customers and partners to identify and fill architectural and infrastructure gaps.
Provide guidance during all Architecture Review Board activities and offer expert advice on architectural patterns.
Assess and direct technology studies, ensuring network and security infrastructure meets operational and strategic goals.
Foster relationships with peers and stakeholders, communicating successes, challenges, and opportunities with key executives.
Support Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) practices to maintain operational excellence.
Engage in project development, system design, and testing, while exploring new technologies for implementation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience in a complex enterprise IT environment.
• 7+ years of expertise in network and security infrastructure technology engineering.
• Knowledge of network routing protocols, WAN technologies, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with DevOps/automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Understanding of NIST and FedRAMP security requirements.
