Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a resource local to the Tampa area to support a large corporation. This role supports IT Asset Management by assisting analysts with technology governance, hardware/software orders, vendor management, and IT inquiries using tools like ServiceNow and Cherwell. Responsibilities include maintaining hardware standards and software licensing compliance, managing software audits, coordinating vendor assessments, and contract renewals. Develops and assists in the creation of Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposal (RFPs), and Statement of Work (SOWs) under the guidelines and guidance of Corporate Purchasing and Contracts. The position also handles the full technology maintenance budget, asset repository updates, and NERC compliance. Additional duties involve data analysis and reporting across various IT systems, and evaluating emerging technologies to recommend upgrades to senior management.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelors degree + 2 years of related work experience in IT Asset Management, IT Technical Support Role, Purchasing, Contracts, or Business Analyst
-No bachelors degree + 4 years of related work experience in IT Asset Management, IT Technical Support Role, Purchasing, Contracts, or Business Analyst
-Experience working with ServiceNow as an IT Asset Management Tool
-Strong interpersonal/organizational skills: ability to meet deadlines, work in a team environment, and follow written policies and procedures -ITIL experience null
