Job Overview
They are seeking talented Android Developers to join their team focused on building and maintaining Android applications for the next-generation inflight entertainment systems. You’ll work closely with engineers across multiple disciplines to deliver high-performance, scalable, and intuitive solutions that elevate the passenger experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Android applications for a wide range of inflight entertainment devices
Integrate applications with back-end services and APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and reliability
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance
Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Typically requires 5+ years of professional software development experience
Proven experience developing Android applications
Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin
Familiarity with Android Studio, Android SDK, and development tools
Experience with GitLab or other version control systems
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, Material Design, and mobile design best practices
Experience using Figma for design collaboration
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs
Solid knowledge of testing, debugging, and performance optimization techniques

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
