As a hands-on leader, you will empower a talented group of UX designers to create exceptional experiences for customers worldwide. In this role, you will:
Drive UX strategy across various user experiences, setting clear roadmaps and priorities for your team.
Work collaboratively with product and tech leaders, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform and shape UX direction.
Coach your team on best practices in UX design, fostering a creative, agile, and pragmatic approach.
Showcase your designs to partners and executive leadership, guiding team members in effective presentation.
Prioritize effectively by using data to drive decisions, considering the impact of trade-offs, and seeking alignment.
Partner with product and business groups to create a unified vision, driving the definition and design of user experiences that meet shared objectives.
Implement efficient processes that enhance the quality of work and support designers to achieve more.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior product managers and tech leaders to deliver high-impact design work. You will uphold high design standards while advocating for superior customer experiences. The Customer Service UX team is made up of diverse professionals dedicated to crafting seamless and intuitive experiences. Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of design experience
7+ years of leading multidisciplinary design teams, including visual design, interaction design, and user research
Experience in managing lifecycle design projects from strategy to execution
Strong interest and understanding of generative AI
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience leading a diverse team in delivering comprehensive user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals
Track record of owning projects, managing timelines, and executing independently
