In this role, you'll be instrumental in building innovative systems that drive Selling Partner growth and enhance customer experience on Amazon.com. As part of our team, you will:
Design and Architect:
Create the BuyXGetY (BxGy) promotion platform while gaining in-depth knowledge of the Promotions business domain. Drive Development:
Lead end-to-end delivery of software components through collaboration with Product, Technology, and Business teams. Establish Foundations:
Set the technical groundwork for future product iterations and enhancements. Lead Excellence:
Guide system architecture and implement coding standards, testing protocols, and security practices. Mentor and Collaborate:
Mentor junior engineers while driving engineering excellence across the team. Achieve Objectives:
Partner with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed business goals. Enhance Processes:
Maintain and improve software development lifecycle processes for greater efficiency. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship). 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience through the full software development life cycle.
