Insight Global is looking for a Technical PM for a leader in the Fintech space. This Technical Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive impact at scale. In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue across engineering, product management, design, data, operations, and leadership teams. Your focus will be on delivering high-impact programs with precision and speed, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering team alignment. We can pay $50-65/hour.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or related roles.
Strong technical background and ability to engage in architectural and design conversations.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana). Preferred
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startups, high-growth tech firms).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices. null
