In this role, you will:

Design and develop

architectural specifications and security controls to defend against emerging threats across Wells Fargo's applications and cloud platforms.

Build and enhance

a robust Application Security Platform that integrates multiple tools and technologies, streamlining software security at scale.

Collaborate

with cross-functional teams to ensure security is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

Innovate

with modern security practices and automation to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Collaborate

across teams to solve complex security challenges and drive strategic goals.

Provide

expert guidance on secure application design and architecture.

Translate

business objectives into scalable, secure engineering solutions.

Lead

architecture efforts for software security products and initiatives.

Create

high-level and detailed architecture documentation to guide engineering teams.

Evaluate

and integrate security tools and technologies, including vendor solutions.

Identify

and address gaps in security design and metrics.

Stay

current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of experience in application/product security and enabling SSDLC (Secure SDLC)

2+ years of experience in engineering and software development

3+ years of experience working in regulated industry such as banking

Desired Qualifications:

Deep expertise in integrating security tools with SDLC and vulnerability management systems.

Strong knowledge across cybersecurity domains, including threat modeling and risk management.

Hands-on experience with

SAST

,

DAST

, and

SCA

tools (e.g., Blackduck, Checkmarx, PRISMA).

Familiarity with

CI/CD

,

API security

, and leveraging

AI

for secure SDLC.

Industry certifications:

CISSP

,

CISM

,

GIAC

, or equivalent.

Cloud certifications:

AZ-900

,

MS-900

, or higher.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with architecture tools like

Bizzdesign

and delivering reusable security patterns.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
