We have an opening for a Corporate Office Administrator at our Corporate Office in the Woodlands, TX! We are seeking a dependable individual to serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and vendors, as well as providing support for daily operations within a six-floor office. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, a reliable and dependable work ethic, initiative in handling administrative tasks, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
Oversee corporate office expense tracking and inventory management.
Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Answer and resolve customer service calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Monitor, order, and maintain inventory of office supplies to ensure availability.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including customer correspondence and returns.
Provide comprehensive administrative support across all office floors, including coordination of projects, problem-solving, and general office management.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and operational needs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of directly related expertise in office management/reception
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
Knowledge of MS Outlook
Ability to supervise front office and manage employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Knowledge of management principles and practices
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
