What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Design and develop product features using large language models (LLMs) to enhance user experience - Lead the integration of AI models into scalable, customer-centric applications - Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to solve complex problems for enterprise-class applications - Work with AI researchers and data scientists to improve platform APIs based on customer feedback - Mentor junior engineers and participate in design sessions and code reviews
What is Required (Qualifications): - 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C# - 4+ years of experience using open-source frameworks - 3+ years of experience in architecture and design of new and current systems - 3+ years of experience building AI/ML products, particularly with LLMs or similar models - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or a portfolio showcasing applied AI projects - Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and navigate complex challenges with minimal direction - 3+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
