We are looking for a Revit API Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
Utilize your strong knowledge of the Autodesk Revit API to develop and enhance engineering automation applications.
Modify and expand our extensive library of existing applications.
Collaborate directly with product owners and engineers on various innovative projects.
Assist the Development Manager with software design and coding tasks.
Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of IMEG's proprietary RAPIL (Revit API Layer) codebase.
Participate in development meetings to share insights and progress.
Continuously improve your coding skills and learn our codebase.
Write and maintain high-quality code while addressing minor bug fixes.
Monitor the technical performance of our internal systems and respond to the development team's requests.
Gather functionality requirements from consumers and assist in documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit API, C#, and WPF Framework.
Knowledge of databases and operating systems.
Good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software.
Adept at learning new software and technologies quickly.
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
Strong understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Basic programming skills.
Familiarity with Jira, Git, and Blazor is preferred.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS preferred.
Equivalent work experience in a related field is required.
5+ years of Revit API experience in a professional software development environment.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship. The salary range for this role is $90,000-$115,000/year, with individual compensation based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
