As a Cloud Engineer II for our Builder Tools team, you will: Integrate and reinvent systems, processes, and tools with an Agile and DevOps mindset. Deep dive into customer issues, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with top engineers. Become a subject matter expert on AWS Builder Tools products and services. Design and build operational scalability to support our platform's growth. Measure success by the impact you have on enhancing government services across the nation. Basic Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher, or certifications like Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP. 5+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows or Networking). 3+ years of experience with cloud computing technologies. Experience working with at least one scripting language and troubleshooting at various levels. Current, active U.S. Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of scalability, performance, and reliability in design. Experience in automation, testing, or monitoring framework development. Strong debugging and systems analysis skills for rapid issue resolution.
