Local Contract Nuclear Medicine Technologist (New Grads Accepted) – Ashland, WI Position Type : Full-Time Salary : $36/hr to $42/hr Retention Incentive : $25,000 Overview We are seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care. This role supports patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Perform nuclear medicine scans and administer radiopharmaceuticals under physician supervision. Ensure radiation safety and compliance with NRC, JCAHO, and Wisconsin state standards. Operate imaging equipment, position patients, and archive studies in PACS. Maintain accurate records of radiation safety protocols and quality control. Assist in developing and updating departmental protocols and training staff. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient care. Shift Details Standard 8-hour shifts Flexible options available (e.g., four 9-hour shifts) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program NMTCB or ARRT(N) certified or eligible Strong communication skills in English Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including:
