Bilingual (Spanish) Claims Representative
Salary: $20.84 per hour / $41,992 annually
+10% Bilingual Differential
Boost your earning potential!
$1,000 completion bonus upon finishing training and orientation (approximately 6 months)
10% evening differential for applicable shifts
20% weekend differential for applicable shifts
Hybrid role: Training conducted 100% in-office (6-9 months); after training, 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home each week

Qualifications & Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service by building trust and enhancing customer satisfaction
Strong computer multitasking capabilities
Comfortable working and evolving in a fast-paced, high-volume call center setting
High school diploma or equivalent is required
