The Role:

As a Master Data Management professional, you will craft strategies and implement solutions to manage enterprise-wide data across its entire lifecycle—from capture to processing and usage, spanning all layers of application architecture. In this role, you will: Adapt existing methods to create innovative solutions for moderately complex challenges. Contribute to the strategic initiatives set by senior management, aligning with organizational goals. Exercise considerable judgment in determining solutions, seeking guidance for complex problems. Interact with client directors and collaborate with peers and management levels both within Accenture and at client sites. Manage medium-sized teams and efforts as needed. Implement Master Data Solutions that transform client functional processes. Continuously enhance your technical and business acumen. Travel as required, with variability from 0% to 100% based on business needs. Qualifications:

We seek candidates with: A minimum of 3 years of functional and technical experience with Stibo Systems. Experience leading at least one end-to-end Stibo MDM implementation, including hands-on configuration and deployment. A deep understanding of MDM and related systems, including ERP, PLM, eCommerce, DAM, and syndication. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. (If Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years work experience is required.) Preferred Qualifications:

Additional skills that would make you stand out include: Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel industries. Familiarity with master entities/domains such as Customer, Supplier/Vendor, Locations, and Assets. Proficiency in JavaScript and the development of Stibo Business Rules. Knowledge of Data Architecture and Data Integration. Experience with Data Quality tools for profiling, cleansing, standardizing, and enriching data. Familiarity with Generative AI technologies. Role Location: Compensation varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. For specific states, the annual salary range is as follows: California: $63,800 to $205,800 Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800 District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300 Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800 Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800 Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800 New York/New Jersey: $59,100 to $205,800 Washington: $68,000 to $189,300 Join us as we shape the future of data management.
