As a member of the UC team, you will contribute to the development and management of essential Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS.

Amazon Q Business stands apart by utilizing advanced AI capabilities to address inquiries, generate content, and seamlessly fulfill tasks using enterprise data. A core feature is its ability to integrate diverse data sources across organizations, providing over 40 secure connectors to popular enterprise applications and document repositories. This ensures a comprehensive search experience that breaks down information silos while promoting improved collaboration. As a Senior Software Development Engineer on the Amazon Q Business team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing the core components of the platform. Your contributions will directly influence performance, scalability, and reliability, enhancing how businesses harness AI for improved operations and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
Lead architectural discussions and drive system designs focused on reliability and performance.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the engineering team's growth.
