This position includes a $1500 sign-on bonus, commission opportunities, a four-day work week, benefits starting on day one, and courtesy TV and internet services. Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction. Assist customers in understanding their account statements and processing payments. Resolve customer inquiries, assist with service upgrades, and manage requests promptly. Become an expert in Comcast's products and services, providing customers with informed recommendations. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2-5 years of related experience preferred, especially in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular and punctual attendance is essential. Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and stand for extended periods.
