Job Summary The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a dedicated Delivery Consultant to elevate our customer experience at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this essential role, you will collaborate closely with clients to design, implement, and manage tailored AWS solutions that align with their technical requirements and business goals. Your contributions will be instrumental in guiding customers through their cloud journey, offering technical expertise and best practices at every phase of the project lifecycle. As a Delivery Consultant, you will have a profound understanding of AWS products and services, demonstrating proficiency in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions that cater specifically to the needs of each client. You'll partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate current infrastructures, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. Your role as a trusted advisor will involve educating customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions. You will lead the implementation process, ensuring best practices are followed while optimizing performance and managing risks throughout the project. The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of specialists committed to helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes using the AWS Cloud. By working collaboratively with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN), we execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives, offering various services that enable successful enterprise cloud adoption. Key Responsibilities Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs. Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot support during project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies. Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies. Experience a flexible work environment that respects personal time while achieving success in your role. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Java, JavaScript, .Net, C++, YAML, JSON, and TypeScript. 4+ years of experience developing scalable CI/CD strategies with tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Harness. 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, and CloudFormation. AWS Professional level certifications such as Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional are preferred. Experience with automation and scripting languages. Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to varied audiences. Hands-on experience with microservices and serverless architectures. Experience designing and implementing ETL data pipelines, MLOps pipelines, or LLMOps pipelines.
