About The Role As a QA analyst in the Technology Procurement & Implementation Services practice, you will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA team members to understand requirements, develop strategic test plans, and ensure comprehensive testing of client systems. Your daily responsibilities include participating in client meetings, supporting system functionality testing, creating and executing test cases, documenting findings, and working on mitigation strategies and regression testing under the guidance of a QA lead throughout deployment. Key Responsibilities Support project implementation through detailed test planning, design, and execution, validating business requirements. Analyze and plan test activities, including documentation and execution. Proactively identify risks and discuss mitigation strategies with the team. Maintain a centralized repository of requirements and test cases; develop and execute manual and automated test scripts. Adapt to ad hoc testing activities as needed within short timeframes. About You Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience with automation testing. Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies, with experience in manual testing, test documentation, and test management tools. Experience in writing and testing acceptance criteria. Understanding of user stories. Hands-on experience with natural language tools such as Gherkin for BDD testing, or TDD experience. Skills in troubleshooting and debugging test automation failures. Attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Team-oriented mindset with collaborative skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing and executing automated tests for web applications using tools like MABL or similar. Familiarity with low-code platforms. Ability to support and assist team members. Education and Experience A bachelor's degree with three years of QA experience, including hands-on testing, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $82,000 annually, based on skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
