About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements with enterprise and growth-stage customers. This role sits at the crossroads of engineering, product, and client strategy, significantly influencing customer journeys from initial technical discovery to seamless integration and long-term success. As a trusted technical partner, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and deploy scalable solutions on a robust API-first platform. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams during pre- and post-sales phases to create integration solutions leveraging the platform's APIs. Drive customer onboarding strategies, managing diverse integration approaches from drop-in components to comprehensive API solutions. Translate customers' unique operational requirements into effective architectural and implementation roadmaps. Act as the primary technical liaison for customer engineering teams throughout the entire integration lifecycle. Troubleshoot technical challenges and partner with internal engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues. Develop scalable implementation templates and reusable playbooks for efficient deployment cycles. Capture customer feedback and emerging needs to inform the product roadmap. Support customers in scaling their usage, focusing on performance, flexibility, and long-term maintainability. Requirements 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, or Sales Engineer. Hands-on experience with modern, API-first platform integrations and building scalable technical solutions. Strong fluency in system design, REST APIs, developer tooling, and data integration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for various stakeholders. Experience working with a diverse client portfolio, from early-stage startups to large enterprises. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously. Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and contribute to dynamic process-building. Experience in financial technology or regulated industries is a plus.
