We are seeking drivers who are ready to earn a competitive paycheck while enjoying local home time. Our team is committed to safety, efficiency, and great support for all our drivers.

NFI Basic Driver Qualifications Include: Must be at least 21 years old Current Class A CDL from your state of residence A minimum of one (1) year of relevant tractor-trailer experience Acceptable references from past employers Meet all applicable DOT qualifications

We also support service members through approved DOL Registered Apprenticeship and GI Bill® Apprenticeship Programs, potentially allowing qualifying individuals to earn a monthly stipend on top of their NFI earnings.

NFI Driver Expectations and Requirements:

Perform all duties safely and responsibly. Follow all federal and state laws, regulations, and customer guidelines. Physically capable of performing job duties, including frequent movement and lifting up to 50lbs regularly and occasionally 100lbs. Ability to report all equipment problems, accidents, or traffic violations promptly. Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area. Complete routes, pickups & deliveries as required by customers.
