We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on
ServiceNow Solutions Architect
to elevate our multi-tenant ServiceNow platform. In this pivotal role, you will assess the current state and lead the design of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that drive maturity and automation. Your expertise will help us reimagine and rebuild solutions using native ServiceNow capabilities while thoughtfully extending the platform when necessary. Key responsibilities include: Designing and architecting scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and SecOps. Leading the development of the ServiceNow roadmap and establishing governance for platform usage. Partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture that aligns with enterprise strategies. Creating and maintaining architectural diagrams, data models, and integration blueprints. Providing technical leadership and mentoring to developers and admins. Evaluating new features and integrations and recommending adoption strategies. Ensuring robust platform security, compliance, performance, and scalability through effective design practices. Overseeing complex integrations with third-party systems. Collaborating with ServiceNow product managers and business analysts to align project goals. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master's preferred, and have at least 7 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3 years in an Architect role. Required qualifications include: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in at least one module. Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow application development. Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include additional certifications like Certified Application Developer or Certified Technical Architect, experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. The annual salary for this position ranges from $116,250 to $170,500, based on qualifications and experience.
